I was disappointed with my order from bluedelft.com. The item barely had any protection in the box, so it was sliding around during shipping and ended up arriving with a small chip. For something this fragile, I expected much better packaging. Customer service also took a while to respond, so overall it just wasn’t a great experience 😔

It’s a nice enough item and works fine as a small gift , but I wouldn’t say it feels very special or memorable .

As someone who orders from overseas often, I was mostly happy with this. The delivery took a bit longer than I hoped, but everything arrived safely and in good condition, so I can’t really complain too much.

I ordered from bluedelft.com and, to be fair, the item did arrive safely, so no disaster there. But the delivery took longer than I expected and the tracking was basically useless half the time. I was just sitting around like an idiot not knowing when it was actually going to show up. The product itself was fine in the end, but the shipping updates were crappy and could definitely be better.

I had a little question about my order, and honestly?? They got back to me way faster than I thought they would!! It wasn’t totally perfect or anything, but they were helpful, easy to talk to, and got me sorted without much hassle... so yeah, solid experience overall!!

I wouldn’t say bluedelft.com is unusable, but the overall look didn’t really win me over. The site works fine, yet the design feels kind of dated and a bit messy in places. A few pages seemed crowded, and the colors didn’t always feel like they fit together well.
The photos are decent, but the layout made browsing feel less smooth than it should. I found myself clicking around more than expected, when a site feels hard to navigate, I start worrying I might miss something important or waste time looking in the wrong place. It’s not a bad site, just not one that feels very polished or easy to enjoy.

I’m really happy with my order. Everything went smoothly from start to finish, and I didn’t run into any issues at all. It’s such a relief when a shop just does things right, left me feeling really pleased.

I really wanted to like this, but the quality just wasn’t quite there. The paint is a little uneven, and one of the edges feels rough, almost like it didn’t get fully finished. From across the room it looks fine, but once you’re up close it comes off cheaper than I expected. For the price, I thought there would be more care put into it. the whole thing gave me that feeling of being treated like just another ticket number instead of someone getting a well-made product.

I was browsing a few Delft pieces on bluedelft.com, and the product pages were actually easy to follow. The photos were helpful, and the size details were clear, which I really needed before deciding what to order.

The only thing I’d like is a little more info on some items, like where exactly they’re made. But overall, it was simple to find what I needed, and I’d give it 4 stars.
